No one can deny that the manufactured housing industry has changed over the years. The national/regional financial crunch, plummeting new home placements from retailers, scarce availability of chattel loans and tenants' loss of financial stability have caused the need for a CHANGE in the way we do business. We pride ourselves on staying vigilant in re-examining industry trends so that our clients are not caught off guard. Maximizing the financial performance of each property requires tremendous focus in this current business climate. We are way ahead of other firms that manage MHC's: We don't just collect a management fee for dispatching "professional" managers to your property once a month and paying a few bills along the way. We have daily interaction/supervision with on-site staff; we conduct four sided inspections of every home and lot; we administer enforcement of the Rules & Regulations that may include sitting in the living rooms of tenants, mediating compliance, and total follow-up. Our vacancy marketing programs get results. We will find houses to fit your vacancies, rehabilitate them, and have homes sold by local realtors. We do not charge extra for this. If your property management demands our daily onsite presence, we will be there every day.
